JustParity helps organisations across the EU comply with the Pay Transparency Directive. From job architecture and salary bands to gender pay gap reporting and employee requests.

We started with one mission: to give organisations the tools they need to document equal pay and meet the directive's requirements, without it turning into a major IT project. The platform is purpose-built and ready to use.

Built for the EU directive

JustParity is developed specifically to handle the requirements of EU Pay Transparency Directive 2023/970. We continuously track how the directive is transposed across member states.

About JustParity

JustParity is a Danish software company headquartered in Copenhagen. We have built a platform specifically to help organisations comply with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970).

The platform brings together the capabilities organisations need: job architecture to categorise roles, salary bands that can be shared in job adverts, automatic calculation of pay differences, and handling of workers' right to pay information.

We work with organisations across the EU. The platform supports multiple languages, and all data is stored securely in the EU with full GDPR compliance.
